November 2005 – Aberdeen
Due to continued expansion and a significant increase in North Sea activity Welltonic Ltd are pleased to welcome Adam Gray to the company in the position of Sales & Operations Manager. Adam brings to the company over 13 years of coiled tubing/ thru-tubing experience and is seen as being a very valuable addition to the Welltonic team. Adam's new role will involve strategically targeting new opportunities for Welltonic as well as managing existing contracts and day -to-day operations.
November 2005 – Aberdeen On 15th November 2005 Alan Reid of Welltonic presented an SPE paper at the 11th SPE/ ICoTA European Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention Round Table at the Exhibition and Conference Centre in Aberdeen where Welltonic also exhibited at this event. The co-authors of this paper were Alan Lamont, Shell U.K. Ltd & Brian Allan, BJ Services Company (UK) Ltd and the paper was titled 'Novel Milling And Fishing Methodology Utilised To Successfully Recover Oversize Junk Catcher Using Coiled Tubing'. The paper referenced a very successful coiled tubing operation performed on a Shell installation where some highly innovative engineering highlighted the rise in prominence of Welltonic and further illustrated the range of operations the company is capable of carrying out.
